After a thoughtful search process, the Board of Directors has named Cecilia Ashe as the new President and CEO of Landings Credit Union.
“The Landings Credit Union Board of Directors is excited to announce Cecilia Ashe as its new CEO,” said Eric Emmert, Chair of the Landings Board. “We know Cecilia will take Landings to the next level while respecting the organization’s education heritage and internal culture.”
Cecilia has been serving as Interim CEO since April, guiding our Credit Union with steady leadership, vision, and care for our members. With more than 40 years of experience in financial services—including leadership in lending, marketing, and operations—she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
Reflecting on her appointment, Cecilia shared:
“I am honored and excited to lead our credit union into a new era of growth. Together, we'll build strong ambassadors, deliver exceptional member service, and remain grounded in our roots as an institution founded by educators. We will continue to support our youth, honor our long-time members, welcome prospective members, and reach out to underserved communities. Guided by the credit union philosophy of people helping people, we will ensure that every member has access to the tools, resources, and service they deserve.”
Beyond her professional expertise, Cecilia is deeply committed to community engagement, supporting organizations such as The Centers for Habilitation, Prestamos Women’s Business Center, and the AZ Microcredit Initiative. Her passion for “people helping people” reflects the heart of Landings Credit Union.
