As a 22 year old with no idea what I'm doing with my life, I will say refinancing my auto loan through Landings has been the best decision ever. I had gotten a brand new car through Carvana and Bridgecrest and my APR through them was 18% (I didn't even know what an APR was tbh). Jessica Wilson brought it all the way down to just 6% APR!!! I also got GAP coverage plus the warranty offered and my loan is STILL 5 times cheaper than it would've been if I stayed with Bridgecrest. I can't put into words how grateful I am for how much time and money this will save me in the long run. I love yall ❤️

I have never experienced great service with any other business before, and I have it from Landing Credit Union in Tempe. The very first time I was there, I knew it was different, I mean in a great awesome way. The greetings from the door, to the hallway, the Manager (female) forgot her name, she had to get up from her office just to walked out to continue the serive of greeting to the offering of help. First, I thought she was just a regular employee, and I had no idea she was a Manager for that branch.

I never expected the outcome of my visit that day. There was a time where things happened to some people was not planned for. That was the main visit I was there for, and it turned out to be an awesome feeling and experience. It is very easy and quick to get an answer for what you were there for. No matter what your situation is, you will get the best outcome you go there for.

The banker name HYRUM MOHO is more than just an employee there. He is an awesome employee very helpful and very smart, understanding and full of patience. I never knew him before, but I feel like I already knew him before with the way he helped me from the beginning to the end. Hyrum even threw in some of his banking experience to get the best outcome of my visit. I never experienced this before from the same kind of business I used to go to. Now, I do believe that it doesn't matter the size of the business I used to go to if there is no service. My very first experience here at Landing Credit Union in Tempe, AZ gave me clarity that I found a go-to place for everything I need or to do my business.

I already refer some of my family there, and I am still going to continue to refer all of my family and friends there for their needs.

If anyone having hard time looking to get a loan for their emergeny needs, GO TO LANDING CREDIT UNION in Tempe and I am 100 percent you will leave that place happy with the outcome it will be more than what you expect, and their service, their interest rates is UNCOMPARIBLE with any other financial institution in ARIZONA.

First off my wife and I would like to thank Jessica W. as she was a lifesaver for us in. 2024 was the worst year for us. We lost our home and a vehicles to an unscrupulous contractor. We recently had taken out a title loan on our 2018 Chevy Silverado, which was the worst decision we’ve ever made or I should say the second worst decision we’ve ever made. We got scammed into a loan from a Company that just doesn’t care about people. Our neighbor, Mike who owns Auto House Dealership recommended we reach out to Jessica at Landings Credit Union. He said she works miracles she will for sure be able to help you out. Not only was Jessica very nice and understanding, but she got us into an affordable loan and a payment we can afford. We highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. We feel like she’s a mentor now because she is helping us rebuild our credit in order to buy a home again. She took her time asked all the right questions and she feels like a friend now. Not only did she help us out, but she’s going to help our young adult children on the right path to home ownership. I've been a member of Landings Credit Union for about 20 years (from when it was the old Tempe Schools Credit Union).  I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to bank at an institution where they really care about you.  I've gone through lean times and great times and everything in between during those 20 years, and Landings has always been there to assist me, no matter my financial needs. Jane, Jami, and the rest of the staff at the Gilbert Branch are amazing!  They've helped me with savings and checking accounts for personal and business, auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards.  They are always helpful, patient, and kind.  It's nice to walk through the door and to be greeted by name.  I've referred my mom and others to them, and they often ask how my mom is doing when I visit. If you're looking for a financial institution where you really matter and are not just an account number, Landings is the place to bank!  They will always have my business.

I just refinanced our home through Landings Credit Union and was very impressed by their AVP of Mortgage Lending, April M.'s assistance with our loan. I loved the way she assured us we got the best interest rate on our refinance and how she followed up through the whole process so we knew exactly where we were in our loan. 10-stars in member service, each time I called with questions, readily available!

I just refinanced my auto loan with Landings CU, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with their services. Kathy was able to bring down my awful interest rate from another company all the way down to an incredibly low rate!! As an ASU student, I obviously don’t have a bunch of extra cash sitting around, so I’m happy that they were able to save me so much money. Also, the new online services are great- they even offer a QuickPay option that’s pretty much just like how other banks offer “Zelle”.

Very professional, very helpful, I will come here first before any other bank.
